I just wanted to tell you all that reading these boards has gotten me so motivated and excited to begin this fast!! I have known for a long time that my body needed a good cleansing, but was putting it off, and off, and off again! I plan to get the mc book to read for myself, but have a quick question...is it possible to drink too much of the lemonade solution? Is there a maximum amount that should not be exceeded in one day?
