Greetings,
My hubby deals with symptoms of Adult ADD, and after reading your post I definitely agree with Invincible...it doesn't sound quite like ADD to me, but it DOES sound like you could use some dietary 'fine tuning'. And it sounds like you need to get your natural sleep rhythm & cycle back in balance! Do a Google search on "sleep deprivation" and check the symptoms...you mention several of them in your post!
Here's the site that will give you ALL the knowledge you need, to be able to research 'to the core' to find out exactly what'll work for you as far as diet/food/nutrition/supplements.

There's a chapter entitled: "ADD: A Designer Disease", which'll probably grab your attention for starters, but EVERY chapter is full of a LOT of enlightening stuff!
There are definitely chemicals to avoid for concentration issues: all preservatives & chemical additives (basically if you can't pronounce it at first glance, it'll be a 'must avoid')...especially bad is refined white Sugar and food dyes...ESPECIALLY red dyes (I have no idea why).
Knowledge IS the key...just dig in there and get started and you'll do GREAT!! (and it won't be tough to pay attention to the chapters at 'thedoctorwithin'...the reading is comfortable, well-researched, intelligently sarcastic...and you'll be totally blown away by what you learn!).
