thanks Ginazzz! I'm definitely gonna stick to the tea...BUT, cannot find laxitive tea where I am. Do you think Organic digestive tea would be ok? the SWFs exhaust me to know end...almost feel like I need a whole day just to recover from it. Anywayl...cheers for the response. Lemme know if you have any advice about the digestive tea. Also, yeah...cutting back on the cayenne for sure!
