MAN, fourth day already and seeing hardly ANY results!!! I've done the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) twice in agony, with not much coming out but liquid. I feel generally ok (exept when I do the SWFs and feel bedridden for at least 3 hours!), but can't understand why my body doesn't seem to be expelling much! I'm drinking about 9 glasses of juice a day and LOTS of water, so I don't see any reason for this not to work. Also, have had tremendous burn (in the bottom) from the cayenne...OUCH! Anyone else as frustrated as I am?! I feel like it's a lot of pain for nothing right now, and I need some encouragement to keep this going! Does it take a while to see/feel results? WHEN DOES THIS START TO MAKE SENSE????

p.s. have had NO weight loss either...strange!!!
