This is my first cleanse ever, when I first started I intended to go 10 days, then at about day 3 I decided to go for 21, the number just seemed right, I lost about 13 pounds, but I think more, because I got my period. After ten days time just seems to fly. If you feel like going for more days, go for it! just take things one day at a time. :)
