My day 10(also today) has been a little tough...I am feeling a little low today (tired, somewhat moody) I have enough lemons and syrup to go through Monday...but I'm starting to think that's about all I want to do.

Update on the P&B shakes:
so far nothing out of the ordinary, not blocked up, but no pooping anything strange. I will have to see how I feel tomorrow. My goal was 10 days...now it's day by day.
