Is this your first?

Initially did you set for 21 days or have you gradually increased?

Anything significant changes between Day 10 & 15??

Weightloss? Out with it! Or were you just doing this for the detox?

I'm thinking about extending by initial 10 days to 16...Today is Day 10 for me.
