I think you should at least do the tea once a day. Try a different one. I use Smooth Moves...it even tasted like it already had Sugar in it. I also didn't like the swf...hated it! I tried it on Day 4 and have not done it since and have had good results without it.

My tongue is just about all pink...I think that's what it means. In fact, that is correct, per the book.
