Try to weather it...try to do this text book just like Stanley Burroughs designed it. I clearly states in his book to not take any meds during. I had a hard time not popping a tylenol the first 2 days and weathered it. I am a wimp when it comes to pain, I'm know you can do it. What about a heating pad...hot water bottle??? That helps too.
