question one: I dont like the tea and I HATE the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) so I havent been doing them. I dont have many bowel movements, but I do have some (sorry, too much information) -- I know that this isnt ideal, but my question is how awful is it? I AM eliminating. Also--Im a non-drinker/vegetarian-- my diet isnt perfect but maybe I dont have as much bad stuff built up? Advice or opinions?

Also-- people are saying the tongue turns white because it is releasing toxins? What exactly is happening? And when it turns pink again does that mean we are officially detoxed?
