I have ADD, inattentive subtype. It's genetic, because my dad is the same way. Yet environment must play some part with it.

I read everywhere that TV is one of the causes of ADD. I'm in my mid twenties and I'm wondering if I got rid of TV watching now would it improve my ADD and depression.

Yes, I know it would improve my intelligence and culturedness etc... I'm asking about it's effects on my mental illnesses.
