You are an absolute Angel. It wasn't meant for me but I am printing it now. Thank you so much! Day three for me and a really bad day. No weight loss yet, just threw an HYSTERICAL WOMAN FIT at my best friend (a guy who is the only one who knows that I am doing this and has been very supportive) because I ran out of bottled water! I am in Toronto, On, Canada where it is almost 9:30 pm. Going to take my bath and to to bed (hoping I wake up on Day 4 and get out on the right side of the bed) and read the book!
