Way to go. Sometimes being over the top works. You knew in time that smoking and drinking etc. would harm you so now you are doing something possitive that is still "over the top" in a (good) way.

When I do the Master-Cleanse and set a goal, I tell everyone because I know I would never go back on my word. It's actually a rush when I do the cleanse...a mind over matter situation that makes one feel empowered!
