I'm a 27 year old female and on day 3 as well! I've been looking for you. My goal is 10 days and I feel like I could really use the support. I did this once before, last fall and i made it to 8 days. I really want to achieve the deeper level of cleansing that I've heard 10-14 days can bring. I'm having a rather easy time but I feel like my concentration is challenged at times. Not good - while I'm at work. I hope I can make it - 7 more days! We can get through this!
