Hey Steve:

Can't tell how your doing your SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) but I'll share what works for me. Throughout the cleanse have the smooth move tea every night (be sure to follow the directions). Do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) first thing in the morning, before ingesting anything (this is from the author of the cleanse). Give yourself at least an hour for the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) to run its course.

I don't think the SWF serves its purpose if you do ti during the middle fo the day after drinking lemonade, or at night after following the cleanse all day). I take it first thing in the a.m. and it has worked well for me.

If you are following the book and still having these problems, give it a little more time.
