i'm going to start the cleansing fast tomorrow...i'm very nervous about it and feel a sense of relief since i found this site! ...i'm worried i won't be disciplined enough to not eat! --- also, i work out and was wondering, do i have to stop completely? or can i do light workouts? what do you suggest?
