Hi,
I start tomorrow and plan to check here all the time (you can also email me).
I want to lose 40 pounds so I hope 21 days gets me close to this goal. I am a 27 year old female.
I am actually really excited to start and hope this enthusiasm lasts.
The one thing I don't look for5ward to is bad breath....everyone talks about that and I don't like the sounds of that (and either does my boyfriend that I live with). Besides that I'm thrilled.
Also, I have a book if you need any info.
