Hey -
I am just getting ready for bed and my night time tea...Yesterday, day 1 was a cinch. Today was fairly easy as well. I did tempt myself by making my favorite Sugar cookies, to frost tomorrow, but i didn't even taste the dough. Pretty good for me. I almost didn't make it to the bathroom and had pretty bad cramping around 3pm, but otherwise I feel no change. I have still been working out and seem to be handling that okay. I have one neighbor who want to try it, but is waiting to see my results. Everyone else thinks I am crazy. So, I am grateful for this forum and my support system.

I think you will be surprised at how easy it is to begin if you don't get "sidetracked".

I'll let you know how day3 is, I hear it's the worst.
