Hi-- I'd like to start on Thursday as well. That will give me tomorrow to get a juicer and I'll be ready to quit beer, cigarettes and JUNK FOOD!!! (Pizza seems to be my big downfall) I'd like to use the bottled, organic lemon juice I bought, but I'm kind of afraid that it won't be as effective. Anyone know if that's true?? This will be my first fast, so email me if you want a "fasting buddy"!!!
