obviously you realize it is a double edged sword. well, today was a resounding success on my fasting. i feel pretty good actually. i do feel a little more focused and more mellow.
i think all the electromagnetic frequency that is bombarding us as well as all the toxins in our food air and water is such that i need to take measures that address this. fasting is the only way i know how. so far so good. i'd appreciate any more support from anyone else going this route or otherwise.
