Hey there! It's my day two as well! Being at work with all sorts of free food, and surrounded by restaurants and fast food joints, I'm amazed that it hasn't been more difficult!

Definitely use Maple Syrup, and use the grade they recommend...you can get it at a health food store, I'm sure.

Here's my situation: I've been diagnosed with a very large ovarian cyst (15 cm). Though I have no pain, I am pretty tired, and I'm convinced that my fatigue is associated to this and my general poor health. I am also probably 60lbs overweight, but that's secondary. I need to get rid of the cyst, and fasting is the quickest natural way.
