After almost 4 decades in natural healing, I have never heard such a thing.

***fruits are not raw, if they are ripened by nature then they are considered the same as cooked.***

Cooking fruits and vegetables kills the enzymes and changes the molecular structure; eating them fresh off the vine does not kill the enzymes or change anything about them.

Please tell me/us where you found this information and why you believe it to be true.
