I have really enjoyed getting to know all of yall.
I have started and failed so many times on the MC. I plan to start again tomorrow and will takeit one day at a time.
I am 37, married, two kids,I live about two hours outside of Dallas, (hey mavsfan) and recently quit my job of 15 yrs, this past 6 months has been very hard, and I know thatI am depressed and verty out of shape and my health is suffering, so are my kids. I would like to do this to ne healthy again, and the weightloss would be a bonus. I appreciate all the support on this site, and will be back to start again tomorrow, Good luck to all :)
