I drink smooth move and think it tastes great! LOL I also have another brand called Get Regular (Yogi Tea) that is similar and more gentle for me than smooth move. Both are based on senna and both give me rather painful cramps so I only use them if I skipped the saltwater flush or it didn't work well that day. I like about any herbal tea though. :)
