Hi,

Well I have known about this cleanse for years but have only just gotten the nerve to do it!!! I have been eating terribly in the last year due to stress, Depression and and overall down turn in my life!!! My body has suffered and is toxic to the point that I have pain in my joints, am fatigued and sluggish and have very little energy.

I believe that in order to successfully lose weight(which I need to do-I am 295lbs!!!) you need to properly cleanse your organs.

I am not kidding myself-I know that it is going to be tough but I plan on keeping in mind how horrible I feel and all the pain that I have been in as of late. That is going to keep me motivated!!!!
