does your mom say to stay on the mc? i went off of it but i like how it made me feel in every other way and would like to try it again. others have suggested that the pain is from not drinking enough water. i tried to drink alot yesterday but the pain continued for 3 days. the first three days were pain free. any insight will be helpful. thanks for your support.
