today I was busy doing Saturday chores and I wasn't drinking the lemonade and water as frequently as I had during the week...my lower back pain came back with a vengence..it ws awful
At the grocery store I grabbed a 20oz bottle of water and chugged it down..it brought immediate relief...I still have mild lower back pain, but not as bad as earlier.

Can anyone explain what is the cause of the lower back pain?
