Don't want to discourage you but the "Master Cleanser" should be done by the book. I'm not sure why people take it upon themselves to change it around.

However I don't do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) so I guess I'm a bit guilty. But, I do eliminate every day when on it and that's why I pass on the SWF.
