I also did my first SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this morning. I had a hard time getting it all down (gagged a few times in the process), but I managed to do it-- then I waited for results. Nothing-- zip, zero, zilch, nada-- nothing! The only result was a bloated feeling and nausea-- so much I went back to bed for 2 hours, during which I questioned my resolve to continue.
Feeling much better now (and re-motivated to continue!), but I'm not going to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) again. I'll either drink the tea or take the "Natural Swiss Kriss" tabs mom-of-nine mentioned in an earlier post.
