i took some more advil around an hour ago and i ate a few nuts. i feel satisfied but my back still hurts. if i can't sleep again tonight, i will go off of the fast tomorrow. this is the first time i craved food in five days but now that i have had a few nuts i am not craving any more. i am full and not hungry anymore. i am going to drink more water now and see what happens. good luck and thanks for the responses to my posts.
