i want to end this because my back hurts so much. it is day five.. the pain started yesterday and went away when i took advil and now it is really painful again. i have been drinking water all afternoon since i learned that i need more water to flush the toxins. does anyone know when i will have relief. this is the first day that i have had food cravings too! i want to stay on the fast. i need some advice.
