On my first cleanse I had lower back pain and came to the same conclusion about it being kidney pain.

This is very true if this is your first cleanse and your diet has been less than stellar!

Increase the amount of water you are drinking. If your urine is not clear than you are not drinking enough.

I was a big coffee/tea drinker before my first cleanse and the first three days were hell. I was going through a full blown withdrawl.

Don't give up - eventually it will subside as you remove toxins from your body. You will begin to feel energized.
