Day 4 for me just ended. I was wondering if you were doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning and taking the lax tea at night.? Eliminating is very important on this fast. I can see where you could get extremely sick if you're not eliminating the toxins from your body. Just a thought.
