Thanks for all the feedback. It is tough, but I am trying. This is my first fast ever as well. When I said I hoped to lose 20 lbs., I meant over time, not just after the seven or ten day fast. The weight coming back scares me, but I will try to eat healthier and hopefully be successful. I will also plan on kicking up the exercise a bit. No I need to gag down my SWF.
