The salt water flush really makes me sick. I have these "Natrual Swiss Kriss Tabs" that are an herbal laxative. Could I take those with a quart of water the night before and have the "Smooth Move" in the morning" to eliminate? I don't want to mess up the fast but boy that salt water makes my stomach upset for hours. I finished it 2 hours ago and I'm still sick.
