Thanks, those are great idea. Doing it that way definately works for me. I havent been able to find the pepper in the store yet, I am going to try Whole Foods later today, I am guessing that is a key ingredient! What ratio of lemon to ms to you use. I am thinking of going lighter than the mixture calls for
