Wow, thank you for such a wonderful message! I really appreciate it. My last fast was a bit rough at times but not any more than most people experience, I assume. In most ways it was a lot easier than I thought it would be. It gave me a lot of time and energy to focus on other things as well as rest. Oddly enough, I actually moved during my last fast as well. It was on the fifth day and although it was only down the street, it ended up taking fourteen hours. By the end of the day I was completely worn out, but honestly was shocked by how much energy I had sustained throughout the day. I will be moving this time on March 13 and I am graduating March 21. I plan on starting the Master-Cleanse either the 22nd or 23rd. I am in Ohio so the weather won't be the best, but it won't be the worst either.
I agree with you when you say that I am looking for a transformation rather than a transition. I don't want to simply move from one part of my life to the next; I want to make it an experience. I think doing the Master-Cleanse again will truly allow me to do that, knowing the things that went through my mind the first time. I hope the weight loss isn't too dramatic. I am 5'6" and last time I went from 120 to 109, and now my weight has settled at 115. I work out a lot so I am very toned and probably look a bit smaller than that. It is going to be rough if I drop below 109 this time. Last time it was frustrating because I was so bony! But I'm willing to put up with that for awhile if I benefit from the experience in other ways.
Sorry such a long-winded reply. I do that a lot ;) Again, thank you for your advice!
Jessica
