In the Healing for the Age of Enlightenment & Master Cleanser it says:

Blend a part of the lemon skin and pulp with the lemonade for further cleansing and laxative effect. Only organic lemons.

I suppose I shouldn't eat the skin as it is then!! Although the night I ate a lemon is the night before the day I had BM's. That was the only day I have had any so far. I'll see how it goes with P & B shakes instead.
