When I was concentrating on losing weight, (which I am not doing right not), the longest I ever bounced was through three songs. I got a John Phillip Sousa March music cd and used that once a day. I am not real sure exactly how long it took me to lose the weight. We did not have scales then. I started in September....I remember that much.....and I think by March was when the scales told me that I had lost 53 pounds. The other thing that I did that really seemed to help was get an exercise ball, also from Walmart. I used it for exercise a little bit, but mainly sat on the thing while I was at the computer and bounced on it. It is kind of fun to do too.
It is easy to lose the weight. The hard thing is to not gain it back. We did not get in this shape from eating healthy....and if we lose the weight, and then go back to eating the way we used to, the weight can come right back, and some more along with it. The key is to get a healthy life style and keep it. I would not eat at McDonald's today if it was the only place left on Earth to eat at. I used to eat fast food every day, all day.....and did that for six years straight. The other thing that helped me was to stop drinking diet coke.I used to drink at least six or more of those every day and no water. We need to drink half our body weight in ounces of water daily. Other fluids do not count toward this goal.
One more thing I did. I got a juicer and started juicing.
Yes I sure think you can lose the weight if you change your diet and use a rebounder. Don't forget how very important drinking water is. *S*
