mydaughter moved all mybottles around .. much more organised but also nowi can't find a few things !
it is my understanding that you take it optimaly for 3 weeks prior to a flush
the directions on the bottle are 1 tablespoon daily about 30 minutes before breakfast.
i have not used this before / i have heard it is veyr bad tasting .. but hey it it helps then i am all for hold mynose and get it down then rinse with soda water get the taste out 8)
(don't drink soda water 8( btw)
