also yes i will be doing the gold coin grass, then also afew days of apple juice/or malic acid.. then cleaning out my system from colon down with cod live r oil since we have no colonics here and rightnow i can't afford a colema board. and i am sensitve to the epsomsalts

so about 2 days before my flush i will take1-3 teasppons of codliver oil in about 1/3-1/2 glass water to make suere from colon down is cleared out for stoens to have good passage..
also within the first 3 dasy after the flush i will dothat again to make sure none are stuck in there and all are passed thur.
and enema does not get the colon. only intestinal areas.

i do intend this week to take Bentonite and psyllium husk shakes only maybe one a day.. plus upgrade my cayenne more.. to start preparing for evyer thing to be cleared..

after ido my march 20th flush i will do a 3rd mc.. and end out march all ready for Spring nice nad fresh 8)
