i have also done a Epsom Salt liver flush
my next one i will be doing with magnesium citrate since i ahve adverse reaction to the ep.

also wanted to say.
cold drinks are hard on your kidneys and liver.
try to drink room temp water or warm.
if drink from fridge then add warm water/tepid to it to lesson teh cold.

also never use table salt .. it hinders the kidneys

unrefiend Sea Salt helps digestion and is easily processed thru the kidneys
