i look better in face than ihav e for years..
i won't go into details but i had a lot of facial dammage
and using this book has kept me wrinkl efree from the wt loss and also overall i am starign to look much younge r than i am.
the exercise s ar e simple takes about 5-10 minutes a day.
very well illustrated book with photos of demonstration fo reach step.. just plin good investment fo rlong term use.

she had a tv show daily in teh 60's for 2 yeaaars
most allher clients were models and movie stars

and these techniques ar estill used by many *)
hey if Rachel Welch can llok stunning at 60 plus.. then i wanna be there too *)
