THANK YOU!! No I don't want to eat solid food I just have this need for something different like broth or OJ. I was craving OJ this AM. Which I haven't been craving anything since I started the MC. Today is day 12 of 40 and I just want to break and then start back up like you said. That Info was terrific and I will follow it so that I won't mess anything up.
