Hey Wrenn,

Thanks I think you might be right about that, I do want to continue so I am going to go grab oranges and start drinking that tomorrow. Like I said I am at the point where I still have the discipline I wouldn't dare just throw something in my mouth, that is what made me so confused. Because I am not at the point where I want to shove everything in my mouth I just want more substance. So if I drink the orange juice (fresh squeezed) and have the broth would it be ok to start again then? I would love to do that since I want to keep going for 40 days I DO NOT want to quit.
