Thank you. I wish you all the luck. I might be able to go for 12-14 days but right now I'm looking at 10.

Tell me about the liver flush. Have you done it before? Is now a good time to do it or after my fast? My fears are pain and something getting stuck. I'm thinking of doing it on Saturday night and suffering on Sunday. Is one day enough to recover from it? I have to work on Monday and don't want to be poopin' stones at work.
