Thanks for the encouragement. This is day 6 and I only feel a little tired. I will try the limes as soon as I can find organic. That's all I eat is organic foods if I can help it.
I have a question you might be able to answer for me. My boyfriend is on day 5 and the SWF's don't seem to be moving like they should. Yesterday nothing happened and this morning I made him get up early, take the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and go back to bed. He said that he went only once after it. He is a helicopter pilot and cannot afford to have to poop @ 1500' feet in the air. Could it be that he is just full of shit? I've been telling that for years and I guess I'm right! :o) Anyone know the best way around this?
