Howdy folks! I'm back again... this time for the long haul. My other group has several people starting the Master-Cleanse today, so I decided to start mine 11 days early. Today is Day 1 and I am SO excited to be starting with so many others!

I'm hoping to detox (5 years of prescription meds), and of course, lose weight. My goal is to drop below 200 pounds for the first time in many years, and I know I can do it with the help of the MC. And I keep thinking about all those toxins being released as the fat melts off! I can't wait to see the results!

I LOVE to read all the posts about cleansing reactions, results, etc! Let's keep this board hopping!
