No I haven't tried sudafed - tho I just might - cos I have been experimenting with Ice. trouble is that hand in hand with ADD walks addiction - at least with me - & I started to exceed the small doses I was initially taking. Any amphetamine is dangerous & we as ADDers really shouldn't be self medicating as such. Within a matter of days I was smoking heaps of Ice , smoking cones & having a few beers on top. Idiot - No just me & my ADD. Thats 1 thing I've learned - self acceptance & stop bashing myself up. Anyway I, like you, am keen to alleviate this "curse???" naturally & am undergoing a course of homeopathic drops - Main reasons for Ice & homeopathy were lack of motivation & drive, on going Depression & impulse correction - I love my food & loved the appetite suppressant qualities of the ice. Anyway I only joined curezone 2day - trust me you will hear if the homeopathy works coz the Ice just F@#*ed me over.
