Well, I made it through Day 3, drinking 6 glasses. I was so tired last night I wanted to skip the tea, but hubby put the water on for me and encouraged me to drink up. So I did, and it worked fine this morning with no help from the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) or more tea.

I have had a mild headache since the beginning, but today I have a MASSIVE tension type headache. Head in vise and neck muscles stiff. I'm gonna try to sleep it off. I haven't even had my first lemonade today, just water so far, and I think I'll continue with that until the headache feels a little better, or until I get hungry.

Thanks to the whole group for your support. If I was on my own I'd probably say "forget this" and have a big bowl of soup!
